Seriously, ponder this for a while.  If you didn't spend so much time and energy worrying about the number on the scale, how many calories or carbs you've eaten, how much you burned off during your workout…what would you be doing instead? 

For many people the answer to this is is scary.  We tend to avoid things that make us uncomfortable by focusing our energy on other things such as dieting, multitasking, work, social media, etc.  What are you avoiding?
