New years bring new challenges and new opportunities.  

What will fear prevent you from doing this year?  

Fear is your amygdala telling you not to take risks, to defend the status quo. It served as an evolutionary advantage when our risks involved sabre tooth tigers.  

Current fears of embracing your true self, re-learning intuitive eating (you were born an intuitive eater), sharing your ideas with the world – these fears come with the risk of rejection.  

But you are also risking joy, fulfillment, and self-actualization.  Not all risks are negative.
