We are plugged in to our technology 24/7.  A day without a cell phone or computer would seem unbearable.  And that's what I'm challenging you to do this weekend.  Pick 1 day to totally unplug.  Rather than documenting the events of your weekend on social media, try being fully present instead and actually being in the moment rather than a journalist of it. 

This will likely force you to commit to not working, checking emails, texting, etc.  You may feel unproductive, disconnected or anxious.  That's ok.  Here's a funny clip to motivate you.
