As Thanksgiving approaches I am always acutely aware of the stress related to the food-focused holiday for my clients.  While there's still a week to go, now is a good time to set your intention regarding the holiday.  This year let's make it about Thankfulness.  The food is certainly part of the holiday and something in itself to be grateful for, but what about other things in your life that you're grateful for?
