And I'll tell you why.  Diets don't work. I firmly believe with every ounce of my soul that they actually do more harm than good.  Therefore, it would be unethical of me to prescribe something I know to be harmful. 

Here's what I will do:

  • Teach you to trust your body
  • Help you re-learn what hunger and fullness feel like and how to honor these signals
  • Show you how to use food to work for your body, rather than against it
  • Explore your emotional needs and ways to get them met without using food

Ultimately my goal is to help you find peace with food. That is all.
