Welcome back to The Rebuilding Trust With Your Body, I’m Katy Harvey your host. Today’s episode is really cool because we’re flipping the script, and instead of me interviewing someone else and asking all the questions, I’m the one getting interviewed and answering the questions by Grace Annesley, host of the Be Brave podcast.
