Meet Katy

It’s not your fault.  You were born into an environment that taught you to hate and distrust your body.  Everybody you know has been on a diet.  Fat talk is rampant.  You were told by your parents, schools and employers to conform and fit in at all costs.  To be different (especially fat) is sure to exile you from the heard, thus your primitive brain plots how to make acceptable.  

 

You didn’t know.  It was forced upon you. But now that you’re aware plausible deniability no longer holds up. Time to change the status quo.
