Intuitive Eating is a term made famous by RD's Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch.  Their book and the concepts that accompany it have changed lives.  I use this every day in my personal and professional life, and I want to share it with you.  

Today I'll introduce and overview of the principles, and for the next 2 weeks we'll unpack each one in greater detail.
