Forks in the road. Decisions to make. We encounter these moments multiple times per day. Some choices seem more profound than others, but who we become is a sum of our choices.
What time am I going to get up today?
What will I wear?
To eat or not to eat breakfast?
What route to take to work?
Gratitude or pessimism?
Hold the door for the stranger behind me?
Listen to my body when it tells me to take a break?
Most of the time we aren't even aware of the choices we are making. But underneath these choices runs the undercurrent of our feelings of worthiness. Belief that we deserve to treat ourselves well. Belief that others deserve to be treated well too.
