Meet Katy

I'm mad at myself.  I'm embarrassed.  I can't believe I'm still talking about weight. — Oprah Winfrey, 2008

And here we are six years later and not only is she still talking about weight, she bought into a weight-loss company that has failed her numerous times.

Six years from now, where do you want to be with your body?  Do you still want to be fretting every day about your weight?  How about sixty years from now?  When you are on your deathbed and contemplate your experience of life on earth, what would you like to remember?  If you don't want your memories to include missing out on life by obsessing about food and weight, perhaps you should strive to connect more with the things that really matter to you.
