Last month I published my newest ebook titled Download Get out of your head ebook.  My intention for this book is to help you reconnect with your body's appetite signals.  Too many of us are walking around thinking about calories, carbs, whether or not that food will make us fat, or what we "should" eat.  What if you stopped thinking about those things and instead asked your body what it wants?  I know this may sound scary, because we've been told not to trust our appetites, that they are "too much" and will make us fat.  That's simply not true.  Your appetite is your body's way of telling you what it needs.  In this book I will teach you how to reconnect with your body and to trust what it is telling you.
