Meet Katy

The world needs your gifts and I can promise you that being thin is not one of them.

What are the wonderful things that you could do if you were to spending all of your time and energy in the futile pursuit of thinness?

Make a choice to use one of your gifts this holiday season.  For example, if you have the gift of singing or playing a musical instrument you could play holiday music for a nursing home.  Or if you have the gift of words you could call or write a friend or family member who could use some extra love and support.  Perhaps your gift is being caring and kind.  There are a million ways you could use this one – volunteer at a homeless shelter, babysit for a busy mom, or take a hot meal to an elderly neighbor.  The possibilities are endless.

Wouldn't the use of your gifts be so much more fulfilling than obsessing about food and your weight?
