Meet Katy

How would your eating look different if it were about providing your body with nourishment and satisfaction rather than depriving it of calories, carbs, fat or whatever else you might be afraid of?

Fear is rarely a useful motivator when it comes to eating.

Athletes fuel for performance.  Dieters exercise to burn off or earn their food.  What if we all adopted the athlete mentality?

Eating the bare minimum tends to result in backlash overeating.  Listening to your body and providing it with the type and amount of food it wants is much more sustainable.
