In this episode, I’m about to share something that even just 6 months ago I never thought I’d be saying out loud. After 5 years of running live cohorts of my signature program, Non-Diet Academy twice per year – I’m not doing them this year.

This doesn’t mean that Non-Diet Academy is going anywhere. I’m absolutely not retiring the program. It works – I have the stats to prove it. Instead, I’m doing it with a completely different structure…One that is going to give you massive results that stick around for the long run.

Today I’m also getting personal and sharing behind-the-scenes of what I’m doing differently inside my life this year outside of work (including the surgery that I recently had and what led up to it). Let’s just say that recovering from this surgery has brought on some discomfort that’s more than physical.
