Non-Dieter’s Club is an annual membership providing monthly coaching, support, and integration, not a start-to-finish course with an end date.

It includes:
  • My entire Non-Diet Academy course curriculum that you can go through at your own speed with all the strategies and tools you need to make peace with food, your body, your health, and exercise.
  • Monthly group coaching calls where you can ask questions, work through struggles, and learn from watching others get coached too. 
  • A private community for support from likeminded women on the same journey. You can share wins, struggles, “aha” moments, and ask questions any time 24/7.
  • Monthly meal and snack ideas to show you what intuitive eating and gentle nutrition look like in action (and to decrease your mental load for planning meals and snacks - because it can be exhausting - I get it!!)
  • PLUS extra perks! Seasonal implementation challenges, “riffs” and mini-trainings to keep your head in the game, guest expert trainings, complimentary access to any other program I run that is <$100, and an exclusive discount on 1:1 coaching calls with me.

What if I don’t have a lot of time?

This was designed for real women with real lives. You can lean in as much or as little as you desire. Part of why I set this up as a 12-month membership is to take away the pressure of you trying to figure it all out in a short period of time. 

You don’t have to:
  • Attend everything live (there are replays of all group coaching calls and live trainings)
  • Be active daily in the community (unless you WANT to)
  • “Keep up” to get value. Take what serves you, leave the rest.

You can:
  • Listen to replays when it works for you (on your phone, tablet or computer with the app)
  • Pop into group coaching when you need support
  • Use the community and resources as your safety net

 This isn’t another thing to manage or stress you out. It’s support that meets you where you are.

Is this weight-loss focused?

No. Non-Dieter’s Club is explicitly anti-diet and weight-neutral. In full transparency, your weight might change. It might go up, it might go down, it might stay the same…I don’t have that crystal ball. We will work to find what YOUR body’s natural set point weight is at this phase of your life, when you’re taking good care of yourself and your metabolism. 

We focus on:
  • Improving health without obsession
  • Gentle nutrition strategies that facilitate intuitive eating
  • Reducing food noise
  • Supporting metabolic health, labs, and energy without restriction

If your goal is peace with food + sustainable health, you’re in the right place.

What if I’m in perimenopause or menopause?

You’re not just welcome here - this space was built with you in mind! 

We regularly address:

What if I join and realize it’s not for me?

That’s okay. You will still have the year of access to the Non-Diet Academy course curriculum, and all of the tools. And you can choose to use or not use everything else provided inside Non-Dieter’s Club, based on your preferences and needs. 

However, all sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the materials and support being offered, there are no refunds. You can cancel your membership for the following year at any time, and you won’t be billed again. 

Who is Non-Dieter’s Club NOT for?

This probably isn’t the right fit if you:
  • Want a quick fix instead of sustainable change
  • Prefer strict rules or meal plans
  • Aren’t open to questioning diet culture

And that’s okay. Not everything is for everyone.

Why is this a membership instead of a one-time program?

Because real life doesn’t happen in 8–10 weeks.
Food, body image, and health challenges evolve, and support matters over time, not just at the beginning.
