Meet Katy

Just because you physically feel fine doesn't mean you are if you have an eating disorder.  The medical consequences can be silent and deadly.

And you're certainly not healthy – physically or emotionally – even if family, friends, or doctors tell you that you appear healthy.

An eating disorder is a serious illness that is both psychological and medical in nature.

Waiting around and hoping things will eventually get better is like having cancer and hoping it will go away without treatment.  Not gonna happen.  You need help from qualified professionals.

The National Eating Disorder Association website has a TON of information and resources.
